Passanger in Dui car crash?

HI my and my friends were coming back from clubbing and my friend the driver went rhough a red light and crashed the car. We were all lucky to survive( thats what the doctors said) and the car is a total loss. me and my other friedn were in the back. The cops came and took me and other friends (in the back) ids and put us in the sysmtem and then let us go home. They didnt take our bac or anything. My question is are we going to be in trouble, will we appear in court and in what circumstances and will we charged for anything.
