New York, D.C, Miami, Atlanta, Houston or Los Angelos,?

I'm a 28 year old Afro-Caribbean male looking to go on a 3 week vacation in the U.S. I was comtemplating the above cities. I want somewhere that has a lively party scenes, cost of living is reasonable, lots of things to do during the day, diverse races of women preferrebly(big bottomed) and pretty much easy to get laid.. Would appreciate if anyone can please advice..
