Help me with my weight.?

I am 19 years old female. my height is 5'4 my weight is 130lbs. my question here is, how much should my calorie intake be? and how much should i loose. I go to the gym everyday for an hour. at the gym i go on the treadmill for half hour. I do not run but i do uphill 15.0 with the speed of 3.8. and for the other half i sometimes go on the elliptical for like 10 minutes or i just lift weights. i was thinking to loose about 10 pounds, is that too much? i do have a stomach and i want to loose that. any help would be great, thank u. no rude comments. and i eat healthy too and I am vegetarian and lately i have been getting really hungry. I plan to start drinking green tea from tomorrow.
