first of all dont take anything you dont need on the trip for security purposes. second once you get through security its all smooth sailing if you relax once you get on the plane. thirdly make sure you have plenty of gum and cotton balls for your ears because as you begin to climb in altitude your ears will begin to pop a bit. this will hurt some but no worries just chew the gum like a horse and the discomfort will begin to decrease. finaly if youre of age and you drink be sure to have some type of credit or debit car available because you will probably need a drink and they dont take cash. now depending on the size of the passengers flying with you have a pillow available because some people smell and you may want to take a long nap . oh yeah once you land to me is the worst because depending were you sit on the plane sometimes its hard to get off because know one is paitent. avoid shuttle buses they are the worst take a cab if possible. good luck

So I was interviewed twice for a position this past week, and at my second interview they told me that they were offering me the job. I verbally accepted, and we discussed salary, start date, etc. I'm supposed to start the job in a week. The night after the interview (Thursday night), I e-mailed the two supervisors that I interviewed with, and thanked them for giving me the oportunity to work with them and I also said I was excited about working at their company. My immediate supervisor e-mailed me back a few hours later and said he was excited as well, that I will be a huge asset to the team and that he would e-mail me the offer details the next day (Friday) by noon. He told me congratulations and that I would receive my formal offer letter from the company by Monday at the latest. Well, it is now 2 pm on Monday, and I have heard nothing from my supervisor with offer details, nor have I received the formal offer letter. Now I'm freaking out because I'm scared they have changed their minds or something. There is no reason for them to, my background is completely clean (not even a speeding ticket), and they told me in the interview that I was the number one candidate (they are filling two positions, and have interviewed three candidates, myself included). Has this happened to anyone else? It's just that I'm supposed to begin in a week and this week I will be flying to Atlanta to get the rest of my stuff to make the permanent move (the job is in NYC). Should I contact my immediate supervisor today and ask if something is wrong? Any help is appreciated since I'm freaking out right now!!!!! Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight for the summer, so I came up with a diet that I feel good about doing but I'd like some more approval before I do it. So my plan is to eat a big filling breakfast (including fruit and eggs with ham) so I can skip school lunch (since they're usually really unhealthy and it saves money) and just eat some fruit as a snack instead. I'll eat a light lunch when I get home around 3:00 and a snack of fruit again between lunch and dinner. I'll drink a glass of water a good 10 minutes before I eat dinner so I won't be as hungry. At dinner I'll eat healthy meats and veggies until I feel full, so I won't be tempted to get up and eat fat foods. Does this sound like a good diet, or do I need some improvement? I have had Graves Disease for just over a year. Some of my issues with so far have been atypical, such as weight gain instead of loss. I also have the eye problems assoc as well as the skin problems and hair loss. All the other "text book symptoms" except for weight loss are there as well. This year, I have had repeated bouts of Bronchitis, and it seems everytime I catch a cold, it settles in my chest. I have been on a cycle right now where I have had back to back Bronchitis, now with breathing problems and asthma type symptoms. Just as I started to feel better, I have now come down with what feels like another cold, and yes, it is in my chest. Still on antibiotics, steroids and using the nebulizer with albuterol. I am hearing that Graves can also cause lung problems as well. I know it can affect our whole body, but does this sound realistic or familiar to anyone. Don't want to blame Graves for all my probs, just wanna get better.

She however met him, went back to his and gave him a ********, which is competely out of character. She met another random man and slept at his house. She's meeting all sorts of men & planning too. She is drinking a lot, has so much confidence, is cheeky, answers back, she doesnt look like herself anymore, she doesnt act like that sweet, innocent, carful girl I know. I lost 8 pounds in a week?

Whenever I start dieting, I loose A LOT of weight the first week. Even if I don't exercise! I eat breakfast lunch and dinner, with snacks in between, and I probably eat about 1200 calories. My metabolism is high I guess, but I also have a lot of muscle on me. I weighed about 160 when I started, and a week later I weigh 152, without any exercise at all. Im not a huge water drinker either, I probably drink around 4 glasses of water a day. Is this normal?

Im 18 and have been bumping heads with my older brother that is 21 for the last couple of years now. I sat in the cold for an hour and went back home. Went to sleep and here I am today. I know god says forgive. I forgave in my heart but not in person because I always end up apologizing. I hurt my locker back Dead lifting.?

On Tuesday i was dead lifting during weight training for football, i was dead lifting about 385 for 8 and on the 7th rep i stopped while holding the weight and i felt a slow painful stretch. The next day the pain wasnt as bad, probrably because i got stimulation from our athletic trainer.. and now its feeling alot better then before but i still cant bend over with out pain.... My cat has hair missing on her neck?

Hi there here's my story. My cat had kittens dec 9th. i had my daughter 3 weeks later 6 weeks earlier than she was suppose to be. Anyway i could not care for this new baby and 5 kittens so my cat and her kittens went to a foster family through a shelter in the area and once they were about 9 weeks i went to pick up my cat from the shelter. The room they had her in was an open room with probably 40 cats...but she was in a cage and the foster family didnt have any other cats at the house at the time i dont believe. Well when she came home about 2 weeks ago i noticed she was missing a tiny bit of hair on her neck,thought maybe it was from playing with the kittens...well about 5 days ago i noticed it getting bigger(more hair loss) today it looks about 2 inches of hair loss!!! What happened to my baby? Its fleshy looking..im very confused. Going to bring her to the vet tomorrow but just want to see if anyone might have an idea. thanks!

I used to love eating and cooking and now,and I have no idea why,I don't feel much like eating and even my cooking has suffered. It's like I want to cook but nothing looks even remotely appetizing! Is it the working out?! I have heard it takes away craving after awhile but it's bugging me a little..I want to continue working out and losing weight but I'm worried maybe something is wring with me...help?!!
