Where can I work with a Theft by Shoplifting misdemeanor?

I was arrested for theft by shoplifting about 3 years ago. I have completed everything fines, probation, and community service. I was arrested in my home town. I have now moved to Atlanta, GA, and finding a job seems impossible. I really need a job soon because I don't want to put all the bills on my fiance. I checked my background and the charge was dismissed but the arrest still shows on my background. Well my question is do anybody know where I can apply with this on my record. Hopefully, in the Marietta area. I am a female so construction won't really work for me. I have plenty experience in customer service. I also have management skills.
