Metro pcs to cricket..?

I cureently live atlanta..and i have metro pcs l, i have he huawei ascend and i really dnt wanna be loose my phone, i used to live in arizona and i knw they dnt have metro they only have cricket... bt i think u can pay bills in all that in cricket idk can someone tell me if u knw something i can do...
