On Tuesday i was dead lifting during weight training for football, i was dead lifting about 385 for 8 and on the 7th rep i stopped while holding the weight and i felt a slow painful stretch. The next day the pain wasnt as bad, probrably because i got stimulation from our athletic trainer.. and now its feeling alot better then before but i still cant bend over with out pain.... Is this serious or should i just let it heal on its own?
